Before my time, but oh, still so awesome!
THERE ARE OLDER COMMERCIALS, BUT THIS IS THE EARLIEST COMMERCIAL I CAN RECALL WITH EASE FOR SLINKY. THIS ONE’S FROM THE ’70S
THIS ONE SOME OF MY READERS MAY RECALL AS WELL. THIS ONE’S FROM THE ’60S.
I remember this one!…
REMEMBER THESE? I HAD THEM.
In Someday Always Comes, Tessa Price mentions Stretch Armstrong. Do you remember him? I do. We had one. I sure wish I’d known enough to keep it.
Remember how famous this guy was?…
And, here’s one to move us on the eve of Valentine’s Day… (from 1980)
Since it’s the “month of love,” how about one of my favorite romantic films from the 80s? Oh yes, from 1987 in fact. It takes a simple mind to forget how great Patrick Swayze was (& looked) in this film. In his honor, I must say…a great actor gone too soon.
And, here’s another show that will never need a big introduction!…Classic, perfect! Oh yes, Kit and Knight…my dream team. I loved these two maybe even more than I loved those hunks on Miami Vice. Okay, I loved Michael Knight…no doubt, but it was that damned KITT that stole my heart. *wink*
