sun

summer solstice
dancing under in star-light
druid’s changing time

ancient rites
blessings from the sun above
makes earth mature

fruits and grains
maturing marked from this day
summer solstice

days grow shorter
as we move now foreward
past sun’s zenith

bitter the taste
once the song is over
winter soon returns
